SALES SUPPORT ENGINEER
Job Description
- Sourcing of vendors and suppliers in construction industries, building materials in domestic and international.
- Contact international customers to discuss their requirements and obtain missing information or answer queries for sourcing.
- Process technical proposals/PO/contract via meetings, email or phone for international customers.
- Checking technical issues, prices and contracts are up to date.
- Resolve problems and handle complaints in a timely manner.
- Liaise with the Supply Chain department and QA/QC department to ensure timely deliveries.
- Keep track of on-going projects until projects success.
Job Requirement
- Proven work experience in Sourcing and Sales, or Project management of construction industries experience or relevant fields.
- Ability to build internal and external relationships at all levels and strategies that align with global priorities while meeting local requirements
- Hands on experience with customer services, MS Office. Read technical drawings is a plus.
- Excellent organizational and multitasking skills.
- Strong communication and time-management skills
